It all started at a charming taco spot named Bakersfield, nestled in the vibrant Short North neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. When Mathew asked Ashley on a date, anticipation filled the air. As Ashley rounded the corner and spotted Mathew leaning casually against the fence outside the restaurant, a spark ignited within her; in that moment, she knew she had just encountered her future husband. That first date unfolded with an abundance of laughter, engaging conversation, and of course, mouthwatering food, marking the beginning of our beautiful journey. Over time, we have transformed into the best of friends, embracing the essence of true love and exploring the depths of what it means to genuinely connect with someone. Our adventures together have taken us from the charming streets of Savannah, Georgia, to the historic allure of Charleston, South Carolina, to the awe-inspiring vistas of Niagara Falls, and the bustling energy of New York City, even venturing to the picturesque shores of the Dominican Republic. Each destination brought new memories, and we eagerly anticipate the countless explorations that lie ahead. Ashley had always harbored a dream of experiencing New York City during the enchanting Christmas season. As soon as Mathew learned of this wish, he made it his mission to turn her dream into a reality. As they rounded the corner to Rockefeller Center, Mathew watched in delight as Ashley witnessed the iconic tree for the very first time, aglow with thousands of shimmering lights. It was a moment unlike any other. Mathew later revealed that he had envisioned proposing to her there the following year! As our lives intertwined more deeply, we have become inseparable-navigating the journey of buying our first home together and getting engaged among the sparkling lights of New York City. Now, we are eagerly planning the wedding of our dreams, filled with excitement for the future that awaits us!
